Swainson's Hawk (Buteo swainsoni) - 02Jan2016

This is a real rarity in NC.  There have been a handful but this is the only one that I know of in the past 5 years that was chaseable.  This young bird hung out for at least a couple of weeks at a specific tree at Alligator NWR.
