Rufous-collared Sparrow (Zonotrichia capensis) - 21Nov2016

Apparently depending on where in it's north and south range (Mexico to Argentina) it can be found in the mountains or on the coast.  In Costa Rica where I had this one, it was in the mountains near Poas Volcano.
