Semiplumbeous Hawk (Leucopternis semiplumbeus) - 23Nov2016

This is the only Semiplumbeous Hawk I have seen in Costa Rica and I take it they are fairly rare so I will have to settle for this backlit photo.  Taken at Arenal Observatory Lodge.  Photography is tough in the rain forest.
