Black-throated Gray Warbler (Setophaga nigriscens) - 26Nov2015 & 07Sep2020

Here is a description from the Cornell Website: "A small warbler of the American West, the Black-throated Gray Warbler is found in pine and mixed oak-pine forests west of the Rocky Mountains."

This one was photographed in the legendary Madera Canyon in AZ.


And here is a vagrant that showed up at Cowan's Ford near Charlotte, NC.
