Lesser Violetear (Colibri cyanotus) - 22Nov2018

This species of hummer used to be lumped into one species but now has been split with the ones in Mexico known as Mexican Violetear and this one getting the Lesser status.  Fairly common around mountain feeder they are easy to get good shots of.  These pictures taken at Freddie Fresa's roadside garden near Poas.
