Black-headed Trogon (Trogon melanocephalus) - 29Nov2013

I have very few pictures from 2013 as most of them are complete junk due to the horrible camera.  This one was borderline and will be replaced when I get a better pic.  This one was photographed in Mal Pais, one of my favorite places on earth due to the amazing birds, waves and food.
