Sooty-capped Chlorospingus (Chlorospingus pileatus) - 22Nov2016

On Wikipedia this is called a Sooty-capped Bush Tanager.  They are very common on Poas Volcano and pretty tame.  This is another one of the birds only found at elevation in Costa Rica and Panama.
