Stripe-throated Hermit (Phaethornis striigularis) - 23Nov2016

This species is very hard to get a photo of as they don't visit feeders as far as I know and they tend to hang out in poor light areas of the jungle.  Taken at Arenal Observatory Lodge.  I will need to improve this photo.  They are much smaller than the other hermit species as you can see compared to this barbed wire.
