Gray-cheeked Thrush (Catharus minimus) - 11Oct2015

Speaking of men with passions for birds, my good buddy Brian P (the Falls Lake one) has a passion for Gray-cheeked Thrush.  He has cultivated berry trees and bushes like dogwoods in his yard up in the Triangle and every fall he gets all 4 species of thrush (not including Robins).  He runs a "Gray-cheeked Thrush Program" every year and tons of people come to check out the birds and eat some mini donuts.

These photos are from Brian's yard.
