Pine Warbler (Setophaga pityophila) - 24Oct2016

Pine Warblers are hands down the most misidentified warbler in the southeast.  That goes for the visual and even for the song.  Or perhaps I am projecting as it took me forever to feel comfortable with them.  This one was hanging out with a migrating flock at the old flower beds at Fort Fisher Ferry.  Unfortunately they have not maintained these fields.
