Many people head to the border lands in the Lower Rio Grande valley to get a glimpse at this Mexican and Central American species. Many times they are seen flying over the river and it is not totally clear if they are in USA airspace or not. Luckily this one was firmly on a USA tree at the Santa Margarita Ranch.
