So far I have only seen Long-tailed Ground Dove in the southern Pantanal during my 2022 trip to Brazil. They have limited distribution in the dry but seasonally wet areas in Brazil and Bolivia like the Pantanal. They have a yellow eye-ring and a gray forehead that makes ID a cinch.
