Spangle-cheeked Tanager (Tangara dowii) - 22Nov2016

This species has given me a hard time with photography, mainly because it flits around in forest canopy and is usually backlit and in poor light.  So I was happy to get these images at Poas Volcano.  Hopefully I will visit a place that lures them with fruit in the future.
