I must have been so busy during my big year in 2018 that I never bothered to post an entry devoted to one of the best birds from that year. I had actually chased this particular bird all the way to the outer banks the week prior and missed it. Luckily it came back and this time was more photogenic posing at the Bodie Island Lighthouse along with a slew of other shorebirds.
