Eastern Kingbird (Tyrannus tyrannus) - 06Oct2015 & 19Apr2018

The most common Kingbird in NC is the Eastern Kingbird, but that does not take away from the fact that it is a very cool bird.  

Here is one from the Cross City Trail in Wilmington in 2018.

This one was photographed at Fort Fisher.  The white tipped tail is a dead giveaway.
