These very vocal vireos in the Yucatan seemed to be plentiful. Of course it helped that it was breeding season and they were all singing. Red-eyed Vireos were also passing through but were silent. This one at the archeologic site of Muyil south of Tulum also had less contrasting head markings than the REVIs. I fully expect to get one of these in NC one day. There was at least a couple banded in SC a couple years back.
