Variable Oriole inhabits the Atlantic forests and scrublands of southeast South America including the Pantanal in Brazil which is where I photographed these. It almost looks more like a Red-winged Blackbird than an oriole. In the last photo it is being photobombed by a Yellow-billed Cardinal.
